Shipping
All of our packages that are delivered are fully insured. We advise all of our clients to inspect packages for damage or tampering, before signing for your ring.
When a ring is ordered, it has a "Ships in" description on the product page. This means that your ring will leave our facilities in the time specified on the product page. After that, the shipping option you have chosen will add the corresponding days. We offer a free ground shipping option for all of our customers. This option of shipping may take anywhere from 2 - 8 business days to arrive at your destination.
Upon delivery, all of our packages over $800.00 will require an adult signature. It is for your protection and ours. We want to make sure that the product you ordered is delivered to you, or the person you designated to get the product.
Timeless wedding bands will ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. When shipping to these addresses please be sure to tell us; the service members full name, include the unit and APO ,FPO , or DPO along with the address, and nine digit zip code, if provided, and finally give us a return address please. These addresses may take longer to deliver than promised, as they go through the military postal service.
All of our shipping options will have a tracking number, to help you see when and where your ring is, after it has left our facility.
Weather is a part of life, and on rare occasions they will delay shipping, Timeless Wedding Bands and our shipping companies do not offer discounts or refunds for these situations.
Return and Refund Policies
Our company offers a 30 day return/exchange policy. If your item(s) are eligible for return, you will have 30 days from the original ship date of your item(s) to return them for a full refund, less a 10 percent restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Timeless Wedding Bands will refund the purchase price of your ring(s), less any special engraving, finishing or any other additional options. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process. Please be sure to also include the original ring box(es). Rings returned without/damaged ring box may subject to an additional fee.
Charges:
If your ring has been personalized with any type of engraving. You will be charged a $100 refinishing fee.
A shipping charge of $15.00 may also apply, if your item(s) were shipped using our free ground shipping service.
Rings returned without or damaged ring boxes will be charged a $10.00 fee.
The item(s) must be in the condition they were sent to you, out of the box. Any modifications, damage or wear will be deemed not returnable. Returns will be inspected by our quality team before any refunds are processed. Timeless Wedding Bands reserves the right to not refund money if an item does not return in stock condition.

Please have your order number ready and after a few quick steps your return process will be complete.
We strongly recommend that you make sure your return item is securely packaged and fully insured.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Warranty
At Timeless Wedding Bands we stand behind all our products. All our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects to the original purchaser. We agree to repair such defects or replace the item(s) at no cost to the purchaser. For more information, please feel free to contact us, we are here to put your mind at ease.
Custom orders
Timeless Wedding Bands is happy to modify (when possible) any ring that is shown on its website, for a truly personalized ring. Most of the times at no additional charge.
Timeless Wedding Bands does not offer returns on custom orders. Any ring(s) requested to be made differently than shown on Timeless Wedding Bands site, is considered custom.

Privacy Policy
At certain times on Timeless Wedding Bands, we will need to collect private information from you. Some of these things are, but not limited to, your name, phone number, email, address, and/or credit card or payment information. We do not sell, rent or give your information to anyone who isn't involved with Timeless Wedding Bands and its business partners . We only use the information you provided to faclititate your order, and at times to market to you.
