A ring that fits too loosely will slip off, and a ring that is too tight may be very difficult to remove from your finger (like having to use soapy water to make it go over the knuckle). So how do you find out what is your finger size? At Timeless Wedding Bands, we make it very easy. We will send you a free ring sizer, delivered right to your door! Our free ring sizer is made in the shape of actual rings, giving you an accurate reading for sizing your finger. Printable ring sizers are commonly found on the internet, but we discourage our customers from using these as they have proven themselves to be inaccurate in many cases. TIPS FOR FINDING OUT YOUR RING SIZE

• A properly fitted ring should go over the knuckle easily, fit comfortably on the finger, but have slight resistance when you take it off.

• Make sure you are measuring the EXACT finger that you will be wearing the ring on. Most people have different ring sizes for the same finger on opposite hands.

• It is important that your hands have been at room temperature for at least 15 minutes. Hot or cold air can cause your hands to swell or shrink, resulting in an inaccurate reading.

• Avoid any strenuous activities with your hands for several hours before being sized. The increased activity may make your hands swell and give an inaccurate reading.

• We recommend measuring your ring size in the afternoon. Your hands are slightly smaller than usual when you wake up due to inactivity. Wait several hours after you wake up to measure your ring size.

• The wider a wedding band is, the more snugly it will fit against your finger. When sizing yourself for a wider wedding band, keep this in mind.

• The ring sizer we ship to you at no charge, is in half size increments. If you feel you need a size in between those sizes, we at Timeless wedding bands offer you quarter sizes on most of our precious metal rings.
